how do bundles work?
unlock 2+ paid findings together: the priciest at full price, 30% off every other one. a bundle always costs at least your priciest finding on its own, and every finding you add raises it.
what does a retest cost?
5 credits per finding, taken when the retest starts. after you fix a finding you unlocked, we replay its proof of concept against your live target and record the result. an inconclusive result gives its credits back.
can i get cash back for credits i haven't spent?
yes, within 14 days of buying a pack: cancel it and the unspent share of that pack comes back in cash, proportionally. after 14 days the credits stay on your account. they never expire, and closing your account refunds unused paid credits at any time.
what does "doesn't reproduce" mean?
you follow the exact steps in a finding's evidence against the same host, with nothing changed since the scan, and the issue isn't there. claim within 7 days of unlocking it, with a recording of your attempt, and the credits it cost come back. a finding you have since patched doesn't count.
is there a subscription?
no. buy a pack when you need credits, spend them when you ship. nothing renews.
